It seems that the New York Jets are doing everything that they can to get Aaron Rodgers from the Green Bay Packers. Rodgers has been on the Packers his entire career up to this point and has won a Super Bowl MVP as well as four NFL regular-season MVPs.
The 39-year-old may find himself on a new team this upcoming season. Green Bay appears to be ready to move on and they could get a nice package for the veteran quarterback. The Jets are looking to make a Super Bowl run after a solid season last year
Aaron Rodgers still has it. He was the league MVP just two seasons ago and has shown no signs of losing his athleticism or arm strength.
In addition to the rumors of Rodgers being dealt to the Jets, there are rumors that the Jets have been targeting free-agent-wide receivers that Rodgers knows and trusts such as Randall Cobb, Allen Lazard, and Odell Beckham.
This team could be a Super Bowl contender if these moves go through. The Jets have already signed Lazard, Rodgers seems to be on the way soon, and the Jets already have one of the best young wide receivers and running backs plus a strong defense.
