Biggest NFL Trades of the Deadline

Carolina Panthers vs Washington Redskins at Fedex Field. October 14th 2018 1pm

Christian McCaffrey 49ers

The 49ers were able to pull off a massive trade at the NFL deadline by acquiring Christian McCaffrey from the Carolina Panthers. San Francisco gave up a handful of picks but didn’t have to offer a first-round pick. In his second game with the team he was incredible with a passing, rushing, and receiving touchdown in a win over their rival, the Los Angeles Rams.

Chase Claypool Bears

There was a hot market for the young wide receiver. The Bears were able to get him from the Pittsburgh Steelers for a second-round pick. The Green Bay Packers also offered a second-round pick but the Steelers thought the Bears was more valuable. Chicago now has another big receiver in addition to Darnell Mooney for Justin Fields to target.

Bradley Chubb Dolphins

The Dolphins have a great offense but their defense has been lacking so far this year. They now get Bradley Chubb as a pass rusher but had to give up a lot of draft capital to get him. It will prove to be worth it if they can get into the playoffs this year. Miami has not a been a playoff team for a while and are going all in this year.
