The Monday Night Football games in the NFL this week were not that competitive, unfortunately for viewers. That might have been the case because we could have seen two of the best two teams in the entire league play in both games.
There is no question that the Buffalo Bills may have already been seen as the best team in the NFL after they were the betting favorite to win the Super Bowl before the season. They also beat the defending Super Bowl champions in the Rams in week one. They then followed that up by destroying the Tennessee Titans who were a No. 1 seed in the AFC playoffs just last year.
The Philadelphia Eagles were the other team to play and dominate on Monday night. Their defense was on full display as they had three interceptions and allowed just seven points to the Minnesota Vikings. Additionally, their quarterback, Jalen Hurts, looked exceptional. Hurts threw for 333 yards and also ran for two touchdowns.
The Eagles might not be the best in the NFC just yet, but they are close. They have one of the easiest schedules in the NFL and have a solid offense with a standout defense. They should be kept a close eye on.
