The first Monday Night Football game of the season is here and it is one that everyone is hyped up for. Why is that? Because it’s Aaron Rodgers first game with the Jets and another team besides the Green Bay Packers for the future hall of famer. Also, we have Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs, Garrett Wilson, Sauce Gardner and other NFL stars playing. It should be a good one.
Projections
The Bills are expected to win this game but it will be close. Additionally, the game has a total of 45 points. The game could be a rainy one which may mean a tough game for these passers and pass catchers. An under on 45 looks promising and this one could go either way. It could make sense to take some value on the Jets to win.
What to Watch for
Aaron Rodgers is the player to watch. We want to see how his offensive line holds up and what his initial connection is with this wide receiver group. He may choose to go to his old reliable teammates in Allen Lazard and Randall Cobb who he has played together with for years.
On the Bills side watch for how they distribute touches to the running backs and who will emerge as the third wide receiver for this team. These are two strong defenses and the team that makes the most plays on that side of the ball may win.
