The Los Angeles Rams proved that they are still one of the top teams in the NFC and a Super Bowl contender this season when they defeated the team with the best record in the NFL, the Arizona Cardinals on Monday Night Football. The NFC West is easily the toughest division in all of football as at least three teams from the division are expected to make the playoffs.
Matthew Stafford looked like the quarterback he was in the beginning of the year when he led the team to a seven win and one loss start to the season. After three straight losses the Rams and Stafford responded with back to back wins. This team looks dangerous with Odell Beckham Jr. playing like his old self and Cooper Kupp looking like the best wide receiver in football.
The defense has also come to play even without Jalen Ramsey in the lineup on Monday Night. They forced Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray into four sacks and two interceptions which proved to be enough to win the game against the NFC West division leader.
With just four games remaining the Rams find themselves in the top Wildcard spot safely two games ahead of their division rival, the San Francisco 49ers.
