NBA Finals Preview

Celtics at Wizards 4/10/18

The NBA Finals is set with the Boston Celtics coming out of the East to face the Western Conference Golden State Warriors.

Both of these teams are special on both ends of the floor. Let’s take a look at why each team could win.

Golden State Warriors

The Warriors have a slight edge according to the sportsbooks. This could be due to them just having home-court advantage in this series as it may go the full seven games.

Golden State also has one of the best offenses in the NBA. Steph Curry and Klay Thompson are two of the best shooters of all-time and mix in Jordan Poole and Andrew Wiggins, this team has some elite scorers.

The Warriors also have experience going to five-straight NBA Finals with this same core, and now they are getting back there for their sixth time in eight seasons.

Boston Celtics

While the Warriors may have the best offense in the NBA, the Celtics may have the best defense. This team has length, size, and athleticism on the defensive end.

They also have two elite scorers in the Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown and good offensive role players like Al Horford, Marcus Smart, and Derrick White.

This combination makes them one of the best teams in the entire league that is looking for their first championship since 2008.
