NBA Playoff Series Extended

These NBA playoffs first round matchups have been extended. The Clippers vs Mavericks, Pacers vs Bucks, and Knicks vs Sixers will all go at least six games, maybe seven.

Los Angeles Clippers vs Dallas Mavericks

The story of this first-round series has been Kawhi Leonard and his health. When he played in game three the Clippers lost and they have won two games without him. James Harden and Paul George have stepped up while for the Mavericks Kyrie Irving has been the guy. Luka Doncic has struggled a bit. This series is tied at 2-2 and it looks like it will go seven games.

Indiana Pacers vs Milwaukee Bucks

It appeared as if the Pacers had this series wrapped up when they took the lead 3-1. Back came the Bucks without both of Giannis and Damian Lillard. Milwaukee is still down 2-3 but they have momentum after winning game five as a heavy underdog to stay alive and extend this series.

New York Knicks vs Philadelphia Sixers

This was another series that looked like it was wrapped up. Heading into game five everyone thought it was done as the Knicks were up 3-1 and looked poised to win it. Even with 30 seconds left and the Knicks up six points it looked like they would win but Philadelphia stormed back and tied it to eventually win in overtime.
