The NBA trade deadline is a wild time. We thought that these players were the most likely to be traded but some stars could be on the move as well. Let’s look at some superstars who may be in a different uniform next week.
Pascal Siakam
The Raptors have been rumored to be wanting to blow this roster up. It was thought that Siakam would be the one not to be traded but it is seeming more like he is available as well. There has been rumors that the Nets and other teams have inquired about trading for him.
Chris Paul
The Suns want to build around Devin Booker, Deandre Ayton, Cam Johnson, and Mikal Bridges. That leaves Paul as the odd man out. He could be dealt for another young player to build that core even stronger. Teams like the Nets, Lakers, and Clippers are potential contenders who may want to deal for a starting point guard.
Kevin Durant
With Kyrie Irving traded, the Nets could decide to blow their roster up and acquire a ton of young players and picks. Durant could be a target of the Suns and the Celtics. While it may be unlikely that he gets dealt, teams have definitely been calling about his availability.
Demar Derozan
The Bulls could blow their roster up like the Raptors. They have not been that competitive since the end of last season. A ton of teams would welcome a strong scoring veteran like Derozan to their team.
