The NFL regular season is past the halfway point. Some teams have been surprise Super Bowl contenders so far and others have been exactly who we thought they were. Let’s look at who is at the top of the futures odds right now.
Buffalo Bills +400
Coming into this year the Bills had the best odds of winning the Super Bowl. They have had some games where they look dominant and others where they have looked a bit shaky on offense. This team has been fairly one-dimensional as a passing team over the last few years but have recently gotten the run game going. With Josh Allen leading this offense and a strong defense behind him, they still hold as the favorites even with three losses so far.
Kansas City Chiefs +475
The Chiefs have been a pleasant surprise this year. People thought that they may fall off a bit without Tyreek Hill and an aging Travis Kelce. Patrick Mahomes has proven that he can still get it done with lesser talent around him. He is leading the league is touchdown passes and has led the Chiefs to best record so far in the AFC.
Philadelphia Eagles +600
With just one loss on the season and the best record in the entire league so far, the Eagles have the third-best odds in the NFL to win the Super Bowl. They look like strong candidates to come out of the NFC. Watch out for San Francisco as their challengers to come out of the conference when the playoffs start.
