Three Thanksgiving games are on the slate for Thursday. We should be seeing three competitive games here that could end up being some of the best NFL action from week 12.
Bills at Lions
The first NFL Thanksgiving game will take place in Detroit. It is actually the second week in a row that the Bills will play in the Lions’ stadium as they moved their game last week from Buffalo to there. This game projects to be a high-scoring affair. Buffalo has been able to score a ton all year and Detroit has also shown flashes of being a dangerous offensive team. While Buffalo has been scoring a lot, they have also given up a good amount of points that could put us into a shootout here.
Giants at Cowboys
Two of the leaders in the NFC East will be battling for the second spot in the division. The Giants and Cowboys are also battling for a playoff spot in a fairly competitive NFC conference. The Giants are coming off of a bad loss to Detroit and Dallas is coming off of a massive win where they beat the Vikings 40-3 in a game the Vikings had a one-loss season going beforehand.
Patriots at Vikings
The Patriots love to slow the game down and run the ball while playing tough defense. Last week was a perfect example of that as the game was tied 3-3 until a late punt-return touchdown won them the game. Minnesota will try to play their fast-paced passing game to combat what New England is trying to do to get a win here.
