The New York Jets are the NFL team that HBO decided to follow this training camp and preseason for their popular show ‘Hard Knocks’. ‘Hard Knocks’ is a show where a camera crew gets access to the NFL headquarters, mics up players, and shows the behind the scenes of an NFL training camp.

Commonly, the team selected is somewhat random, such as the Detroit Lions last year. This year however, they selected the Jets who traded for Aaron Rodgers this offseason. Rodgers will undoubtedly make for a very interesting show as he has infamously been known for his crazy takes and outlooks on various things. It should be extremely intruiging to see how he interacts with coaches and teammates.

The New York Jets also have some other extremely flashy and talented young players that should be fun to watch. Those include Sauce Gardner who has already been called the best corner in the NFL as well as Garrett Wilson who is an explosive wide receiver. Both are coming off of extremely impressive rookie seasons.

While they will be entertaining to watch, everyone will tune in for Rodgers to see how he is on a football team. While Rodgers has been an interesting and controversial sports figure off the field, there haven’t been many, or any, complaints about him as a teammate. It will be cool to see how smart of a football mind he is and how he goes about his business.
