Fred Van Vleet Houston Rockets
The Houston Rockets may have gone from one of the worst NBA teams to a contender. This team already had a ton of young talent but now with adding a veteran in Fred Van Vleet plus Dillon Brooks, this team could surprise some people as soon as this season. Don’t sleep on this team as they have offensive firepower and players who could take a massive leap this year led by Van Vleet
Eric Gordon Phoenix Suns
People may have forgotten about this underrated free agent signing that the Suns made. Phoenix obviously has a big 3 in Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal but they also have DeAndre Ayton and now Eric Gordon. Gordon has won the sixth man of the year award in the past and should be a perfect fit on this team as another scorer on this team. He could prove to be pivotal, especially in the playoffs.
Derrick Rose Memphis Grizzlies
Last year Derrick Rose got caught in the Tom Thibodeau dog house for no reason. He rarely saw the floor all year. Rose still believes that he is at the top of his game and Memphis will likely give him a chance to show what he still has early in the year with Ja Morant serving a 25-game suspension. When Morant it back, Rose can be a vital role model for him and a solid role player off the bench.
