Where the Best Remaining NFL Free Agents could Land

NFL free agency has been a crazy period so far this offseason. With all that has happened already, there are still a handful of top remaining players left on the market. We predict where they will land here:

Tyrann Mathieu DEN

Tyrann Mathieu was let go by the Chiefs as the team was not interested in bringing back an older safety on a big contract. They instead went younger at the position in free agency. Mathieu can still play, and he will likely still get a good deal with a contender. Denver has been rumored to be working on a deal for him as well as another AFC West team, the Las Vegas Raiders.

Jadeveon Clowney CLE

Clowney was a good fit opposite of Myles Garrett in Cleveland last season. He recorded nine sacks in just 14 games and had 11 tackles for loss. The Browns have obviuosly made some big moves on offense and Clowney should have interest in a return. If he can’t get a deal done with Cleveland, other teams that could be interested are Miami and the Rams.

Stephon Gilmore TB

Gilmore is still one of the best corners in the entire league at 31-years-old. He will likely choose to sign with a contender which is why Tampa Bay makes sense. If a team doesn’t offer him a huge contract, expect him to sign with a contender like Tampa or the Rams.
