Which NFL Teams Got Better?

This NFL free agency hasn’t disappointed so far. There have been a ton of trades and signings that we have covered and some teams greatly improved. Let’s look at some of those.

Chicago Bears

The Bears needed a wide receiver for Justin Fields and they got that in DJ Moore. The Bears traded the first overall pick to Carolina in a deal that was good for both teams. Chicago also signed D’Onta Foreman at running back and tight end Robert Tonyan. On defense they added Tremaine Edmunds as well who is one of the top linebackers in the league.

Carolina Panthers

The Panthers actually surprised some people last year after trading Christian McCaffrey with their running game and now they signed Miles Sanders. They also have the first overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft which they will likely use to take Anthony Richardson or CJ Stroud. Either of those quarterbacks could be a top QB in the league as soon as next season with the running ability of Richardson and overall NFL readiness of Stroud.

Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins have been going all in for the past few years to win now. A trade for Jalen Ramsey was huge and they also re-signed Raheem Mostert at running back. This team should be a legit playoff team again next season but may actually make a run in the playoffs as well.
